Frequently asked questions

You should be able to walk 8–10 km on consecutive days. Three weeks of regular jogging or stair climbing is adequate preparation. No prior trek experience required.

Absolutely. Our groups are a mix of solos, duos, and small groups. We keep batch sizes small (max 12) so everyone gets personal attention and it's easy to connect with fellow trekkers.

December–February for snow trek; April–June for green meadows. We run batches in both windows.

The summit is 3,810m — high enough to cause AMS in some people. We acclimatise gradually, carry oxygen, and our guide monitors everyone closely. We've had zero serious incidents across 60+ Kedarkantha batches.
