These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://musaafirco.in and any trips, treks, or experiences booked with MusaafirCo(“we”, “us”). By using our website or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

• A booking is confirmed only once we receive the required payment (full amount or the specified booking amount) and send you a written confirmation.
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and, unless stated otherwise, are per person.
• Payments are processed through a secure third-party payment gateway. By paying, you also agree to the payment provider’s terms.
• We reserve the right to revise pricing due to factors beyond our control (such as fuel, permits, or taxes) before a booking is confirmed.

Many of our trips involve trekking and outdoor activity at altitude. You are responsible for ensuring you are medically and physically fit to participate, and for disclosing any pre-existing medical conditions. We may decline participation where we reasonably believe an activity is unsafe for a traveller.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please read it carefully before booking, as it forms part of these Terms.

Trips depend on weather, road conditions, permits, group size, and other factors. We may modify itineraries, accommodation, or transport, or in rare cases cancel a trip, for reasons of safety or force majeure. If we cancel a trip entirely, you may choose a reschedule, a credit, or a refund of amounts paid for that trip, as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

• Follow the instructions of trek leaders and guides at all times, and respect safety briefings.
• Carry valid identity documents and any permits communicated to you before the trip.
• Respect fellow travellers, local communities, wildlife, and the environment. Leave no trace.
• We may remove any traveller whose behaviour endangers themselves or others, or breaches local law, without refund.

Adventure and outdoor travel carry inherent risks. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MusaafirCo is not liable for injury, loss, delay, or damage arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, natural events, acts of authorities, or the acts of third-party suppliers. We strongly recommend that all travellers obtain suitable travel and medical insurance.

All content on https://musaafirco.in, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by or licensed to MusaafirCo and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at our registered place of business.
